All About Baby has a reputation for providing quality products and
superior customer service. Since our founding in 1995, we have aimed to
grow our business by adding keepsakes and innovative gifts that are of the
highest quality. All About Baby provides comprehensive descriptions of our
products so that customers are totally informed about the product that
they are purchasing. Our mission is to make sure that our customers are
happy with their purchase and our service. We process only about two or
three returns annually, and this demonstrates our impressive success rate.
All About Baby wants you to be completely happy with your purchase – that
is our ultimate goal. Shipping
Issues Although it happens
rarely, we have had packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your
purchase does not arrive in a timely manner, or if your item was damaged
during shipping, please contact us immediately by either email or by using
our toll-free number 800-781-7171. We will need to collect some
information from you before making a claim with the shipping company.
Please note that it is very important to keep all product and shipping
materials intact until the claim is processed and paid. The claim process
usually takes about four weeks. In the meantime, we will quickly ship out
a replacement item to you.
Personalized Gifts Many of our
All About Baby gifts are personalized. Unfortunately, we are not able to
accept returns on these custom-made, personalized items. The only
exception will be if we made an error personalizing your gift – then we
will immediately replace it at no charge.
Product Returns If you are not
happy with your All About Baby purchase (and it is not a personalized
item), please contact us within 15 days via email or by using our
toll-free number 800-781-7171. We want to communicate with you personally
about your purchase. All products –
other than personalized items -- can be returned or exchanged, and we will
do so promptly. Please note the following:
- We must be contacted about a return by
either email or phone 800-781-7171 within 15 days of receipt
- After communicating, we will determine the best way to process your
return - Original shipping charges
are sometimes not refundable - Any refunds
will be applied to the credit card used for making the original purchase
We may determine that your item should be
returned to All About Baby. If we ask that you return an item, we highly
recommend that you pack the item carefully, insure the package and ship to
our street address (please call for street address). We regret that we
cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
