Change An Existing Order
Thank you for ordering from All About Baby®. We appreciate your business very much and we want to give you the very best customer service.

When we receive your secure order, you will automatically be sent a Confirmation message via e-mail. This Confirmation includes your original order and a message from All About Baby® indicating an approximate ship date.

If you would like to make any changes to your existing order, please do so within one business day by following these easy steps:

  1. Open the Confirmation e-mail message.
     
  2. Choose Reply from your mail options. (Please make certain that your Reply message contains all of the original information. If it does not, please copy and paste it from our Confirmation e-mail message.)
     
  3. Please do not erase or change any of the existing information from your original order or our Confirmation.
     
  4. Type your changes at the top of the page - not in your original order.
     
  5. Press Send.
     
  6. All About Baby® will respond to you within 24 hours by confirming the changes and giving you a ship date status report.
